StockbridgeChristmas Light Installation
The process

From first call to January takedown

Here is exactly what happens, in order, so there are no surprises.

  1. Request a quote

Call, text or fill out the form. Give us your address and tell us what you want lit.

  2. We measure and price

We work out your linear footage, check roof height and pitch, and send a price with a few open dates.

  3. You choose a date

Pick the one that suits you. Earlier in the fall means more options.

  4. Installation

Our crew arrives, hangs the lights and tests every strand before leaving. We text you when we get there and when we finish.

  5. Season service

If something goes dark, call or text and we come fix it.

  6. Takedown and storage

After the holidays we remove everything and take it with us until next year.

Looking down on a roof edge traced end to end in warm white lights.

Measuring is why we can quote by the foot. A picture of your roofline, edge to edge, is the starting point for every price we give.

Scheduling questions

What happens after I request a quote?

We look at your address and photos, work out the footage, and get back to you with a price and a few open dates.

When do you install?

Installs run through the fall and finish ahead of Thanksgiving for most homes. Tell us the date you want lit and we will work backward from it.

Do I have to do anything before you arrive?

Make sure we can reach the outlet you want to use and that gates are unlocked. If you have pets, keep them inside while we work.

What if it rains on install day?

We reschedule. Working on a wet roof is not safe, so we move to the next dry day and let you know.

When are the lights taken down?

In early January, once the holidays are over. If you want them down sooner or later, tell us and we will plan around it.

Where do the lights go after takedown?

They go into our storage until next season, so nothing ends up in your garage.

How long does it take to install Christmas lights?

Most homes take a single visit. Larger houses, many trees or detailed layouts take longer, and we will tell you ahead of time.

Do you need me to be home during installation?

Usually not. We need exterior access and the outlet. We will message you when we arrive and when the job is done.

How do I schedule takedown?

We set the date with you ahead of time. If you want it earlier or later, just tell us.

Can you light my house in time for Thanksgiving?

If you book early enough, yes. Tell us the date you want and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

What if I want to change my design after it is installed?

Call us. Small adjustments are usually simple, and larger changes can be quoted separately.

Will you clean up after installation?

Yes. We leave the property tidy when we finish.
